Bill Shea's Route 66 Museum is a family owned business that began as a Texaco station about a 1/2 mile south of it's current location.

Bill later moved north a block or so and started a Marathon station which eventually lead to selling truck covers and has now been turned into a museum full of both Route 66 and gas station memorabilia. He has now been on Route 66 for 64 years! He, as well as the whole family, are lifetime members of the Route 66 Association and Hall of Fame.

Not sure who out there has the Sling TV app, but found this interesting gem this morning. The the channel is called Slingscapes. Today, what I noticed was, they were running all Route 66 scapes. Every scape I believe was on for the time of 1 hour. Thought it was pretty cool and figured Id share
