When our owners moved back to Oregon from Arizona in the 90s, they missed the authentic barbecue from back home -- so they decided to open up shop and make it themselves. Today, you can get a true taste of the South right here in Springfield when you dine at Hole in the Wall BBQ. Our barbecue meats spend up to 18 hours slow-smoking on a low heat for the perfect combination of tenderness and flavor

Both of our locations will be closing at 2:00 as we will be catering a large off site event.
