We are now 1 month away from the 2023 Independence Day Powerlifting Meet!

Lifting begins at 11 a.m. on July 8th at the Virden Square. Do not miss out on your chance to experience the strongest powerlifting meet in Central Illinois!

There will be limited bleacher seating available on meet day. Lifters and spectators are welcome to bring their own seating arrangements, as there will be ample lawn space available.

Snow's Deluxe BBQ will be on site for dining options, as well as fitness product vendors such as Bulfit and DIVIENCY. 2023 Independence Day Powerlifting Meet T-shirts will also be available. We are also proud to announce Needham Chiropractic will be offering complimentary assisted stretching and mobility work to lifters on meet day!

McCormick Strength Training will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Wounded Warrior Project. Lifters and spectators will also have the opportunity to donate on meet day!

The Zone Virden

Shoutout to Bobbie Jo Hill for completing another half marathon this past Saturday! We both agree, it was one of our toughest races yet! 😅 💨 💪🏼

Bobbie Jo and I have an additional half marathon approaching at the end of this month. We will each implement chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, dry needling, and recovery boots to stay ready! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Running is already hard enough..If you’re struggling with an injury, we would love to be an asset in getting you back on track!

Congrats to everyone that finished a windy half marathon in Springfield today! Thankful for the support from my wife and mom - any personal achievements start with them! ❤️ 🙏🏼
