Today we worked on a Class A Rig. Customer made an honest mistake and pulled out of his garage while still plugged into shore, ripping the transfer switch out and damaging his 50 amp cord. Unfortunately, this came at bad timing, as he was heading out on a trip. We were able to get the customer squared away! No canceled trips on our watch!

Just returned from Mishawaka, Indiana at Lippert Technical Institute for some training. Each year I pursue training with the top manufacturers of RVs and RV Systems! Lippert is one the I do every year, but had the chance to bring along my oldest son Aiden this year! We learned about Lippert Axles, Kwikee Steps, Girard & Solera Awnings, Furrion Solar, Alpha Roofing Products, and Motorized Leveling Systems. We were even able to get some mini golf as well as disc golf in to keep it interesting.

Continuing to refresh in these systems is vital to servicing customers in the best way possible.

Today was a bit of a different day, yet enjoyable. The scaffolding we ordered came in today! Shelly and I took off to the shop to get it all put together.
