Meet Justin Cravens 👋

Justin has been part of the Ridewell story for 26 years—and his journey is one for the books. He’s grown alongside the company, serving as Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, and now President, bringing decades of experience, leadership, and heart to everything he does.

Before Ridewell, Justin spent five years as a Regional Sales Manager at Hutchens Industries, building the sales foundation that continues to shape his leadership today.

Justin lives in Springfield, Missouri with his wife Nichole and their two kids. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course with friends or helping his kids run their dog boarding business (yes—really).

And here’s something you might not know: Justin also restores distressed properties, turning them into affordable transitional housing for individuals coming out of addiction or difficult life circumstances—a reflection of his passion for helping others and building stronger communities.

We’re proud to have Justin leading Ridewell and grateful for the dedication, compassion, and vision he brings to our team every day.
