Over the last 15 hours or so the forecast for Saturday has changed. We are under a level 2 risk and some counties under a level 3 for severe weather. The main concern is damaging winds, but large hail, and a low tornado risk is in play. While some storms are possible in the late morning and afternoon, the main event looks to arrive in the late evening. Storms could move in from the west or northwest around 10 pm and continue for a few hours. Stay weather aware!

Back to near seasonable conditions and plenty of sunshine. Low humidity will mkae it feel comfortable this afternoon. Enjoy the nice weather!

Nearly 1,400 storm reports across the country over the 48 hours and most of reports came from the midwest. If you have a report of tree or structure damage, leave it in the comment section with the type of damage and where.
