You've probably heard me mention my new group programs and how excited I've been about this experience. I started with nutrition and now I'm expanding into movement. I realized that many of my clients could benefit from extra support and accountability around movement. I started to see that what you needed more than me, was EACH OTHER.

I know that getting the recommended amount of movement and exercise in each week can feel impossible for a variety of reasons.

Life after active treatment isn't a walk in the park - it can be stressful, scary and difficult feelings may arise if you compare your "old self" to your "new self".
