Joe and Ashley started recruitment and family finding in October 2022 for a 16 year old boy who has been in foster care for over 6 years. Through family finding efforts and targeted recruitment, they were able to match this kiddo with a former residential worker. He states, “Extreme Family Finding has helped me so much throughout the process of adoption! They provided information that I did not know, like the SSI information, and the way things work throughout the adoption process. They have also been very encouraging to me through the process. The information provided, has made my anxiety of not knowing what was to come lessen. They are a great addition to the team and I appreciate them so much for reaching out and letting me know that the kiddo was still needing a forever home.” Adoption was completed on 3/21/24.
