The Joe DeFrates Memorial Chili Cookoff is held in honor and memory of Joe DeFrates, known to many as “Mr. Chili Man.”

This annual event brings together chili cooks, friends, and supporters to celebrate Joe’s memory through fellowship, competition, and service to children in need.

🌎 Drawing competitive chili cooks from across the country
🔥 International Chili Society (ICS) National Championship Qualifier
