Let’s Go!

The Hosea Cottages in Springfield have officially received their permit! Designed for Hosea Youth Services, this cottage cluster will provide housing and community for adolescents exiting homelessness.

We’re grateful to the City of Springfield, Oregon Government for working with us through the permitting process, and we want to recognize our own Javier Fregoso-Dueñas, pictured here, for the time and care he has put into helping move this project forward under the leadership of Dan Hill.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we are beyond excited to reach this milestone. A longstanding partner, Dorman Construction, will be building and managing the project, which consists of 14 individual cottages and a community building.
