After all the education for body and exercise and after all the experience training, coaching, Chiropractic-ing … this is where i ended up. Nothing too special, nothing crazy just good old fashioned fitness. Pain from exercise comes from improper ex*****on so MASTER YOUR BODY before you lift heavy to keep yourself in the game.
