It’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💛

Reality: It’s something we should care for every day.
Even small things—taking a pause, getting outside, checking in with yourself—can make a difference. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to wait for a hard moment.
Big news, and we’re pretty excited about it 💛
Our second Springfield location is officially open! This has been months in the making, with so much teamwork and effort behind it. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helped bring it to life.
A special thank you to our community partners, Missouri State University and Penmac Staffing, for opening their spaces to us as temporary training sites while we got this building ready for our team!
