As the owner of Afterlife, I want to take a moment to address the post circulating regarding a former employee. I understand that when situations like this arise, they can create concern and speculation within our community. While I cannot speak on behalf of this individual, I do want to clarify that they are no longer employed at Afterlife.

At Afterlife, we take great pride in fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for our staff, customers, and community. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and inclusivity. Our goal has always been to create a space where everyone feels valued and respected, and that remains our priority moving forward.

Afterlife will be closed Thursday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day...Happy 4th, everyone!!! We will be open Friday and Saturday following the holiday, however.

We are officially up and running in the new location: 181 Chestnut St. Springfield, MA. We are literally a block away from the old spot. Come see us in the new shop!

I was trying to keep working in the old shop right up until the time the new shop opened. I realize now that this was an unrealistic goal. We will be closed for the first half of next week. The permits are in, the plumbing is done, and the inspections are pending. Hopefully, that means fully operational by the end of next week. but we need to shut down to get the rest of the move and odds and ends done. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I will try to minimize downtime as much as possible. Keep eyes on here for more info
