A few Target finds we're loving this summer ☀️
When it comes to reducing everyday exposures, convenience matters. The easier a product is to find, the more likely you'll actually use it.
From electrolytes and frozen treats to reusable products and lower-tox swaps, these are a few simple finds that made our list.
Which one are you grabbing first?
These symptoms may be common, but they’re not something to ignore.
Persistent fatigue can sometimes point to deeper issues with sleep quality, stress, nutrient status, or hormone balance. Constantly relying on caffeine just to get through the day may be a sign your body is struggling to maintain steady energy on its own.
Things like brain fog, digestion issues, mood changes, and energy crashes can also be connected to blood sugar balance, inflammation, gut health, and overall stress load on the body.

A few simple things we’re focusing on going into summer:
getting outside for natural light early in the day, staying consistent with sleep and evening routines, prioritizing hydration and electrolytes, and balancing movement with enough recovery and rest.

Warm weather means more time outside… and unfortunately, increased tick exposure too.
Each year, an estimated 476,000 people in the U.S. are diagnosed and treated for Lyme disease, with cases continuing to become more common.
One of the challenging parts is that symptoms don’t always look obvious right away. Fatigue, headaches, joint discomfort, brain fog, and flu-like symptoms can all be early signs, and in some cases, they’re easy to overlook or dismiss.
That’s why awareness matters.
Pay attention to changes in how you feel, especially after spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, or being in wooded or grassy areas.
