All the wonderful community feels this Funded Friday, as our Red Bird Community's donations brought in local talent to enrich our students' school day! Read on to see how. 📚

Final call for signups! Registration is still open for RunFit Kids. This before-school enrichment activity is a fun, co-ed, non competitive running program that helps promote healthy and active lifestyles. It takes place Wednesdays, 7:45-9:00am, starting March 18th. We're looking for about 10 more participants to make this program happen.

March is National Reading Month, and this week is Reading Challenge Week at CFES!

You will receive your CFES Reading Challenge in your Tuesday Folder today (see the Challenge flier below). Complete each space by reading 1 book, 1 chapter, or doing 15 minutes of reading; then follow the directions to reveal the clues to claim your prize! Make sure to finish the hunt and turn in your Reading Challenge flier by next Friday, March 13th to get a prize.

And get excited - two local authors, Ann Marie Stephens and Anita Vermeer, will visit us at school on Friday, March 13th to celebrate the end of Reading Challenge Week!

Ann Marie is a former elementary school teacher of 31 years and the author of over a dozen picture books!
