In addition to bakery items, we have a cafe and a market for locally produced items! Menu Changes seasonally from week to week, day to day.
The 100 Mile Bakery is a local sourced bakery and market. Our goal is to purchase all our ingredients from within 100 miles of our Downtown Springfield location. Master Baker Leda Hermecz visits farms and mills and interviews producers, distributors and transporters to ensure that the many ingredients she uses for her bakery are produced and processed as close to home as possible.

Craving Rutabaga? Well, you're in luck! We've got a fresh Springfield grown crop in, and we're mashing them, grilling them, and even baking them into bread! Come in today to sample what our answer to a request for a late winter potato bread tastes like when we're out of potatoes!

Hey everyone! The MLK march and celebration at Springfield Highschool has been an opportunity for inspiration today. Thank you Springfield P.D. and Springfield School District for organizing this peaceful event. Congratulations Dillon on winning first prize for your poem!
After walking to the bakery this morning, I've decided none of our employees or customers should try to do that today. We will be CLOSED TODAY. Please stay safe, and come see us next week! ♡Leda
