Just did a live chat with Cabela's customer service dept. about some parts I ordered. Yes, they had a live person available to answer a question at 9 p.m. EDT on a Sunday! Gotta love a company that has such great service.

If you have an old style reel with a broken handle like any of the ones in this picture, it's possible for them to be repaired.
