Clark County 4-H

The last Youth Livestock Quality Assurance will be held TOMORROW, Thursday, May 28, 6 PM at the Clark County Fairgrounds in the Annex.
Any 4-H or FFA member who has not completed the required annual quality assurance must attend to be eligible to show at the Clark County and/or Ohio State Fair.

The Dairy Showmanship clinic will be held at 7:30 PM in the Cattle Arena after the quality assurance program.

All Ohio State University Extension offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

We will continue with our normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th. Thank you!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th Pay 4-H Activity Fees, Turn in Candy Money, and Pay Camp Fees here at the Extension Office from 11 AM to 7 PM

• All of the above fees must be paid in cash or with a check. 4-H committee cannot take debit or credit card payments and they cannot take Venmo or cash app payments.
• Checks must be made payable to the Clark County 4-H Program.
• Make sure to put the child(s) name(s) on the check and purpose (activity fee, cloverbud camp, 4-H camp). If paying an activity fee include the club’s name.

Due to the overwhelming registration response to this year’s 4-H Camp, we have been working with 4-H Camp Clifton to utilize the Nature Center Cabin as a girl’s cabin for 2026. This will allow us to convert all the current registered day campers to overnight campers and allow 6 more to register for camp in the girls’ cabins.

If you have been waiting to sign up for 4-H camp because you heard it was full and only day camp spots left, you now can register to go to 4-H camp and stay overnight. We have 6 bunks available for the girls’ cabins and 3 bunks available for the boys’ cabins.
