After 30 years of servicing Southwest Missouri with our janitorial and office cleaning services, Brokate Janitorial has joined with our neighbors in St. Louis, 4M Building Solutions effective 04/01. We are so incredibly proud of the business our team has built and look forward to having more support, opportunities and capacity as part of the 4M team. While our name has changed, our team is all still here providing the same great services and support to all of our clients and team members!

Let’s meet our Operations Manager, Kendra!

Kendra started with Brokate in 2017 as a Cleaning Technician and has now been a manager for 4 years and helps oversee and further develop our training programs. Seeing her at work usually means hearing a new dad joke or funny story. Outside of work Kendra is a cat mom and recently earned her 3rd degree brown belt in American Kenpo.

When asked what being a good leader means to her she said, “A good leader empowers those within their circle of influence. We should encourage each person's growth and development with the long term goal of the leader no longer being needed. This makes the whole team stronger and allows the leader to reach for their own personal growth as well.”

Creating clean and healthy work spaces includes more than just cleaning surfaces! At Brokate Janitorial, we practice what we preach with our indoor plants! Not only are they beautiful, but studies show they provide improved air quality and can help reduce stress and sharpen focus!

🌿🍅 Summertime is our favorite time! Our company garden is bursting with fresh veggies! Tomatoes, onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalapenos, basil, cucumbers and more for the team to snack on or take home. Plus, we love making Brokate garden salsa to enjoy at the office! 🌶️☀️

Had a blast with our amazing team members at our annual company picnic last weekend! Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed the beautiful weather and great company with us.
