“I have absolutely LOVED serving as the Vice President of Member Development!! In this role, I help foster personal growth and development within our members. I hold every member accountable for the high standards we have set in place to ensure we remember the high ideals of every Alpha Delta Pi. Getting to see how each member grows within their membership, college, and life, is the most rewarding part of my position. Serving as VPMD has given me so much love, appreciation, and understanding for all my sisters, who inspire me each day. It is a privilege to serve my chapter, not just by upholding our high standard and values, but to create an environment where every member can grown to become the best versions of themselves!!”

Our chapter offers countless opportunities to develop as leaders, whether through serving in leadership roles within our chapter or making an impact across the Missouri State community. Speaking of leadership, our President, Regan Becker , and Vice President of Member Development, Kaylee Thompson , had the incredible opportunity to continue growing as leaders this past month at the ADPi Grand Convention in Palm Springs, California! 🌴

At Convention, they connected with sisters from chapters across the country, celebrated our sisterhood, and gained new ideas and inspiration to help lead Gamma Mu. We can’t wait to see all they’ll bring back to our chapter as we continue living out the values of Alpha Delta Pi! 🩵

Community Service Specialist, Keira Hookie said: “Hi, my name is Keira Hookie, and I serve as the Community Service Specialist for ADPi. In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to lead our chapter in giving back by volunteering with different organizations throughout Springfield while also supporting our philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House, through pop tab collections and other volunteer opportunities/ fundraisers. Making a positive impact in our community has been the most rewarding part of this position, and I’m so grateful to serve in a role that reflects one of Alpha Delta Pi’s values.”
