Buraski Builders is looking to expand their team with a new full-time Project Manager to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end. Previous experience in construction management is required. Design and/or drafting experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of construction projects from beginning to end
- Create and execute the construction schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage the budget and estimated costs of each project
- Schedule and manage carpenters, trade partners, and vendors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check in with customers, and maintain quality standards
- Prepare reports regarding the status of each project
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve any problems or issues that may arise

Job Requirements:
- Previous work experience in construction management or a similar leadership role
- Understanding of construction management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and equipment
- Highly organized with the ability to plan ahead
- Professional demeanor
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with construction management software

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Related:
- Review, process, and track bids
- Assist in preparing projects for production - file for permit, track materials, contact trade partner, etc.
- Lead paint tracking and record keeping
- OSHA safety log tracking and record keeping
- Process receipts for projects
- Track subcontractor agreements and insurance certificates
Office Related:
- Process all new employee paperwork
- Update customer database, as needed
- Answer phones, as needed
- Handle vacation and day off requests
- Maintain tool database and track tool purchases
