Board Member Spotlight 🔦:
Neil Kastler

Neil brings a firsthand understanding of service to the Greene County 100 Club.
As a Detective with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Neil sees the realities of the job every day- multiple roles, constant pressure, and a deep commitment to protecting the community. That perspective is what drew him to the organization, especially after witnessing the support provided to the family of fallen deputy Aaron Roberts.

Though new to the board, Neil recognizes the importance of what the 100 Club does- providing direct, immediate support to families on what is often the worst day of their lives.

What he admires most is the dedication first responders show to their community, day in and day out.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Neil at his sons’ sporting events, or spending time with family- something he knows firsthand is at the heart of why this mission matters.

Board Member Spotlight: J.R. Webb

J.R. brings more than four decades of firsthand experience to the Greene County 100 Club.

Serving as Assistant Director of Springfield-Greene County 911 and as a Reserve Deputy with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, J.R. has spent over 40 years in public safety- including time in the fire service and law enforcement. He’s seen the realities first responders face every day, and that perspective fuels his commitment to the mission.

Though newly appointed to the board, J.R. has long been aware of the 100 Club’s impact. When the opportunity came to get involved, it was a natural fit- an extension of a lifetime spent serving others.

What stands out most to him is the dedication and sacrifice of first responders, and the way this organization shows up for their families in the moments that matter most.

Outside of his work and service, J.R. enjoys spending time with family, riding his motorcycle, and participating in shooting sports.
