A little green for your Thursday!☘️✨ We’re still reminiscing from last month’s parade and just finished delivering the final trophies to our 2026 parade award winners. Congratulations to Discovery Center Springfield, 417 Pedal Tours, and Grant Beach Neighborhood Association Grant Beach Sports who took home titles. Thank you to the makers, marcher, and community for showing up to make this year’s event so special.

Friendly reminder that the 43rd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade has a different route this year.

The parade steps off at 2pm at Elm and South, circles the Square, and through South Street, ending at Jefferson Street.

The party starts at noon when Finnegan’s Wake serves up some cold ones at Finn’s Beer Garden at Park Central Square, along with other local food vendors. Come early dressed in green and celebrate with local businesses with food, drinks, and a good time. 🍀

We hope to see you at this Saturday’s parade with events starting as early as noon on Central Park Square 💫

The festivities last long after the parade comes to an end! 🍀 Join us at the Parade Block Party Celebration on Park Central Square from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 14.🍾

The parade steps off at 2:00 pm, so stick around for the beer garden, games, food trucks, face painting, and more. 💫 Best part is, it's completely free!

Our 43rd annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is Saturday, March 14, in Downtown Springfield. The party starts at noon when Finnegan's Wake serves up some cold ones at Finn’s Beer Garden at Park Central Square, along with other local food vendors.

🚨 Please note the parade route is different from years past due to construction on Boonville Ave. 🚨 The parade then steps off at 2pm at Elm and South, circles the Square, and through South Street, ending at Jefferson Street.
