Flavor is a great way to entice your child to try veggies!
Do you enjoy blend veggies? Chances are, your child doesn't either. Focusing on flavors your child enjoys will increase new foods tolerance.
I NEVER thought my child would enjoy eggplant, but I experimented with his favorite flavors and he ❤ 's it.
I combined eggplant dipped in melted butter and rolled it in parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (turning halfway through) and viola! For a low-FODMAP friendly version, use
Green onion powder and garlic scape powder.
What flavors does your little one enjoy?

Serving the family dinner to all doesn't mean the plates have to look the same, epspecially when it comes to new foods or foods that are not accepted. Serving small separate portions are one of the keys to exposure making it less scary.
What foods are your little ones learning to like?
23/10/2021
Some kiddos are very adventurous by nature and may try things right away but some are very cautious. For these kiddos, it may take up to 30 exposures to a portion of food to even touch it!
Exposing your child to new foods multiple times and in different ways is one of the steps to having them try new foods.
Hang in there and don't give up, they may surprise YOU!
What is one of the foods that your kiddo tried and liked?
