Shavuot 2026 Director Brent The director of Jacob's Hope, Brent Johnson, speaks about the upcoming Feast of Shavuot.

We are holding our monthly All Israel prayer meeting at the World Prayer Center this coming Monday, May 18, from 12:00-1:00.

JERUSALEM DAY: Sunset 5/14 begins the celebration of the liberation of the city of Jerusalem in 1967. The reunification of the city was a miracle marking the first time the whole city came under Jewish rule since ancient days. Jerusalem is the only city Adonai mentions by name for prayer and prophetically, believers from all nations will be compelled to go up to her hills.
So, If you've not been on an Israel tour, keep believing and serving Messiah-the best tour imaginable is in your future!

Golda Meir was Israel's Prime Minister from 1969 - 1974. She is also the only woman to have served as Prime Minister of Israel.

The following is a quote she made in regard to the burden of war:

"We can forgive the Arabs for killing our children. We cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their children".

Ultimately, Israel wants peace with her Arab neighbors, and yet she continues to be dragged into war and conflict. Regardless, we still pray for peace in Jerusalem and that the Jewish people and Arab peoples can find shalom with one another.
