I love the idea of being patient and consistent but there is always something you can do in the mean time.

Be aggressive in that you’re planning and preparing for more in the background.

As an example I’ve been working on shipping plans, ordering supplies and working on other designs as I wait for
the first batch of shirts to finish up. 👊🏼

For those of you trying to make a lifestyle change! 🤙🏼

Remember that adherence and consistency will triumph over the “perfect program” or “perfect diet!” Those don’t exist! 👎🏼

Find something you can stick to even through the tough weeks, vacations and holidays. 🙌🏼

If you can’t see yourself doing it in 5-10 years then you should rethink your approach. 😳
