We wanted to pass along to you all a link to the CDC that has a preparedness checklist for nursing homes and other long-term care settings.
To all of you nurses, administrators, techs, hospices, home care and health, and the countless others of you working with a senior population, all of us with SMASH are thinking of you and lifting you up in prayers. We know that the fear you are seeing in those sweet little "seasoned" eyes that look back at you for guidance and leadership, is sometime, if not often, too much to bare. But we have the faith that you and your teams that you have in place, will get thru the dark days to shining days.
If any of you all need anything, please do not hesitate in reaching out to us. We want to help where we can but stay out of your way so you and the loved ones you take care of, can stay healthy.
