McDonald County High School | End Zone Facility in Anderson, Missouri
We’re excited to share some upcoming projects featured in the Springfield Business Journal Spring 2026 Architects & Engineers Report!
Designed for the McDonald County School District, this Endzone Facility brings together athletics and community in one dynamic, two-story space. Positioned at the end of the football field, the building enhances the game day atmosphere while serving as a year-round resource for students and the community.
From field-level locker rooms, training, and support spaces to a 220-seat community room and viewing deck above, the facility is built for flexibility, function, and connection.
We’re proud to be part of a project that strengthens both the stadium experience and the community it serves.
Jefferson College recently held an official ribbon cutting ceremony for their new Fine Arts Center! This renovation of the Fine Arts Center reimagines the space to better support students, faculty, and the broader campus community. Designed to enhance accessibility, the project includes the addition of an elevator and improved circulation throughout the building. An open breezeway connects the two Fine Arts buildings, creating a welcoming transition between spaces, and a grand entrance that provides a strong identity for the building and sets the scene for the creativity held inside. The addition of a large band and choir rehearsal room also provides space for music students to practice and perform together.
We are grateful for the opportunity to continue collaborating with Jefferson College and to help shape spaces that impact the students, faculty, and surrounding community. We are excited to see how this space will inspire creativity and collaboration for years to come.

Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening, Built For Learning, Workforce Ready
Yesterday, Paragon Architecture welcomed AIA Springfield Young Architects Forum for a construction tour of Pipkin Middle School, guided by Lindsay Reichert, Jared Younglove, and Ben O’Connor.
Designed to serve 550 middle-school students, the new Pipkin campus will replace the original 1925 building upon completion this fall. The design prioritizes daylight, flexibility, and safety, with expanded classrooms, a full-size gym, and welcoming community gathering spaces that support both learning and connection.
Grateful for the opportunity to connect with peers, share lessons learned, exchange ideas, and see how design decisions take shape in the field.

Our Holiday Party was a sweet reminder of what makes this team special 🎄
We participated in a gingerbread design competition that turned into full-on architectural storytelling! Final design concepts featured a scaled-down replica of Paragon HQ, the lakeside resort where we gather for our annual Fall Family weekend, a cozy woodland cottage, a glacier research station, and a bold and abstract “crumbling cookie” structure.
We had so much fun designing and laughing together last Friday. As the year draws to a close, we wanted to take one last chance to say how grateful we are for the people we get to work with every day and for the clients, consultants, contractors, friends, and families who support us along the way. Wishing you all a joyful holiday season.
