The Harbor Bridge planters are planted once again for the season. Stop over and enjoy the view of our beautiful lake

Delight your taste buds with these scrumptious Banana French Toast Roll-Ups, an enchanting twist on a breakfast classic that's as fun to make as it is to eat!

Ingredients:

10 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 bananas, sliced
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Butter, for frying
Maple syrup, for serving
Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare Bread: Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
2️⃣ Add Bananas: Place banana slices along one edge of each bread slice. Roll the bread tightly around the banana slices.
3️⃣ Mix Dip: In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
4️⃣ Heat Skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter.
5️⃣ Cook: Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Fry in the skillet, turning occasionally, until each side is golden brown.
6️⃣ Serve: Serve the roll-ups hot with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
