Motivation Monday
Today, I want to celebrate my amazing friend and client, Emily.
For the past two years, Emily has shown up for herself — in the gym and in life. She’s built incredible strength and endurance, but what inspires me even more is the emotional growth she’s made along the way.
Her resilience, self-belief, and confidence have grown just as much as her physical strength. Watching her push through challenges, both mental and physical, has been nothing short of inspiring.
Emily is a reminder that true fitness is about more than just the body — it’s about building a stronger, braver heart and mind too.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Keep going, you are proof that showing up consistently can change everything.

This moment with Laurie reminded me that wellness isn’t always about sweating more, lifting heavier, or pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s about grounding. Noticing. Letting your nervous system exhale.
