This Valentine’s Day, I was reminded that happiness at work really does spill over into happiness in life. HR Full Circle recently had the joy of helping a cute couple update both of their résumés as they prepare for some exciting life changes ahead.

A Valentine’s BOGO Résumé Special was definitely a first, but supporting people through big moments (professional and personal) is one of my favorite parts of this work.

Here’s to love, growth, and new opportunities today and every day. 💼💘

🎃 When work is like a Halloween horror movie... 🧟‍♀️
Here’s my real-life Halloween tale:

It’s early. Before sunrise. The moon still hangs in the sky.

I pull up to the address that the client provided. It's a warehouse; only one truck parked outside. I see a man enter. I decide to get out of my vehicle.

I step inside the warehouse. The huge open space is dark except for a single office light glowing across the empty shop floor.

“Hello?” I call out. Silence.

I walk toward the dimly lit office. No one is there.

I call out again. Still nothing. I take a seat while I decide my next move.
Then... footsteps.

A figure emerges from the shadows, wearing a neon yellow safety sweatshirt.

I say, “I’m Kelly. The site manager scheduled harassment prevention training for 7 a.m. I’m here to set up.”

He slowly raises his hand... points... and says:

“Oh, you’re in the wrong building. It’s next door. The manager will be there in about five minutes.” 👻👻👻

✅ Sometimes even the most routine work can start like a scene from a thriller.

✅ Reminder: Harassment prevention training matters, whether it’s in a bright office or a dark warehouse at dawn. Thankfully the training went off without a hitch and no one was harmed in the process! 🎃

We LOVE providing the roadmap, and the skills needed for these emerging leaders to be successful!
