Sometimes somewhere familiar viewed from a new perspective can create somewhere entirely new.

In 5 days it will be Devin Bay and I’s 3 year anniversary of dating! I’m excited for many more years together. 💕

Here are more photos from my Ethel Cain inspired shoot I did! I will probably keep this project going for awhile. However I have some BIG things planned! Plan on seeing more than just photography 👀. With college just starting it will slow my process down but art will still be posted!

With the release of “Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You” by Ethel Cain I wanted to challenge myself to turn the areas I grew up around into Shady Grove, Alabama. Ever since I listened to “Preachers Daughter” my life has changed. The Character of Ethel very closely resembles my own life. I have experienced almost every single theme brought up by these songs. I guess this was ultimately a step in my healing process. There is beauty even when so much ugly has been done, I guess I finally see that now.

Today was Devin and I’s 2 year anniversary! So we went to the park. We had a fun time 🙂
