For the 2nd week in a row, your Tigers are regionally ranked! These ranking were released a few hours before the games with Wooster yesterday. Time to finish strong on Sunday.

And…..WE’RE IN!!! For the 1st time since 2011, Wittenberg baseball has clinched a spot in the NCAC tournament next week. Only the top 4 of 10 teams in the conference move on to the double elimination tournament.
The Tigers (25-10) clinched after a 13-3 run rule victory over Wooster (25-12) in game 1 before dropping game 2 for a split.

Senior Day was a blast 💥
The Tigers (24-9) picked up a huge conference sweep over Allegheny (23-10) on Saturday to maintain their spot in 2nd place.
Wittenberg’s lineup went deep SIX times on the day to put plenty of runs on the board and got 2 absolute gems of starts on the mound!

Big shoutout to Soph catcher Parker Gryskevich who launched the first home run of his career last weekend vs Oberlin. He had the walk off base hit over DePauw on Tuesday. And homered again yesterday vs Kenyon. Quite the week for the young backstop!
The Tigers (21-7) swept conference opponent Kenyon (19-10) yesterday to move into 2nd place in the NCAC standings at 9-3.

Shoutout to Sophomore RHP Austin Luther for garnering Conference Pitcher of the Week honors for the 2nd time this season after throwing a CG shutout 9 IP, 3H, 2BB, 7Ks in a 2-0 win over conference opponent Hiram.

We moved to 2-1 in conference play with a 5-2 win over Wabash in 11 innings! Our offense was able to give us 3 runs in the top of the 11th, all with 2 outs! Started with a single from Jerad Burick! Who then stole 2nd and was knocked in by Matt Moore which would prove to be the winning run!
Michael Osmond gave us a tremendous start on the mound going 7 IP, 2H, 0ER, 0BB, 8 Ks

Wittenberg baseball with a split to open up conference play against #21 ranked Denison. The Tigers outhit the Big Red in both games but only managed to go 1-1 on the day.
Sophomore Ian Ash with the pinch hit walk off home run in the bottom of the 9th in game 2 to give us the victory!
