(NOT CHEERLEADERS, BECAUSE WE ARE ATHLETES, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT):
⭐️ CHEER OPEN GYM @ TRICKSTAR ATHLETICS ⭐️
BEGINNING THIS FRIDAY 03/08 (& EVERY FRIDAY) FROM 7-9 PM
$20 ADMISSION, OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES AGES 12 AND UP
The perfect opportunity to train stunts, run tumbling drills, work a jump sequence, or just work out! All surrounded by other athletes that also want to put the extra time into cheer! Bring your friends, your siblings, or your teammates and vibe out. These open gyms will also be fully staffed with experienced cheerleading instructors that can assign drills, assist with improving tumbling skills, help better understand the functions of stunts & more! You do NOT need to be a cheer athlete to attend and this is open to the public. Click the link below to sign the waiver before Friday! Comment "CHEER" when done we'll see you then! :)

Even if you are not a cheerleader (yet!😂) and you have tricking and tumbling skills… Come get some! If you are down we can work on the rest! This is a RENEGADE SQUAD!!!

MINIMUM SKILL: RUNNING TUCK (ROUNDOFF, HANDSPRING , TUCK)
LAYOUT PREFERRED!
Level 4 Tumbling
Filling spots for
4 Backspots (height, Strength and Tumbling taken into account)
6 Bases (Tumbling, Knowledge of Position)
3 Flyers (Tumbling, Balance, Flexibility)
Comps start late December, Round 1 Tryouts close Sept. 30th, Final Team Announcement Oct 8
Practices T/Th 6-8

It’s been a long day, but we didn’t want to disappoint…so here it is! Classes are filling fast (and we just put the schedule out!) So come get some and thanks for your support!
