‘Twas the night of the Christmas party, and there was an abundance of laughter, gratitude, and holiday cheer that filled the room. We’re beyond grateful for all of the amazing people who make Employee Benefit Design so special! Merry Christmas to all!

Not saying we’re heroes, but capes did happen last week.

We wrapped up our Summer Spirit Week at EBD and it was a home run! Twin day had us all in matching outfits, and our team was ready to save the day in style on Superhero Day. But hey, superheroes need a night off too, so we closed out Spirit Week with a bang at a Springfield Cardinals game, thanks to our partners at Delta Dental.

We love seeing our clients succeed and grow! Major congratulations to our client, Polk County Central Dispatch, on the groundbreaking of their new building!

We took a break from benefits to enjoy some beach vibes right here in the office! Our team did an amazing job at making the office feel like a beach vacation.

Wow, what a week in Washington D.C.! Members of our team attended the Employee Navigator conference, where we explored upcoming advancements and trained on current features and best practices. The insights from the Employee Navigator team and our fellow brokers are truly priceless!

It wasn’t all business, though. As an added perk, we stayed two extra days to enjoy the beautiful sights of our nation's capital and learn more about its history too.
