I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the longest 12 minutes of my life delivering this cake, but I wouldn't trade her reaction for the world! ♥️

It's a pavlova, but there are no egg whites involved here. 🐣
If you've never heard of aquafaba, allow me to explain. Aquafaba translates to "bean water," and that's exactly what it is! It is the liquid that is found in any can of beans, but we specifically use chickpeas because of they're neutral flavor. It whips up just the same as egg whites, without all the added harm to hens and chicks that comes from the egg industry. Grab some next time you're in the store and give it a try. You'll thank me later!

Get all the Fall vibes with this Caramel Apple inspired mini cake! Spiced apple cake with caramel filling, caramel buttercream and drip, garnished with dry roasted peanuts.
Get a larger size to share with your friends, or get the mini all to yourself. Or, even better, get the larger size all to yourself - no one even has to know! 😉

I took fresh strawberries and rhubarb and tossed them in a sweetened balsamic glaze, then roasted them. I filled a scratch-made tart shell with a scratch-made vanilla bean custard, and placed each slice of fruit on individually.
The result might possibly be one of the tastiest ideas I've ever had. 🔥

I thrive on hearing someone's personal requests, and then taking it to another level. For example, I was asked to create something pink and purple with butterflies. So what I came up with, is this cotton candy flavored pink and purple marble cake, pink lemon[ade] curd, blueberry jam filling and cotton candy buttercream, all made from scratch of course.
