Look at this GORGEOUS, open kitchen!

We replaced the darker cabinets with bright, white cabinets, stacked to the ceiling.

We removed the wall separating the kitchen from the living area, adding in an expansive peninsula for this sweet family.

We are loving the warm tones in the counters and backsplash, and the intentional details added throughout (like a filtered water spout for coffee!).

To say we are proud of how this kitchen turned out would be an understatement!

Here is the spacious, colorful laundry area that we added on to the master bathroom!

This space adds functionality and space for a busy family of five.

Look at this beautiful master bathroom!

We added:
-A soaker tub
-Heated tile floors
-His and her vanities (in gorgeous green!)
-A tiled wall in shower with a bench

We then added a laundry area on the other side of the wall with the tub (photos to come soon!)

Here is the new, walk-in butler’s pantry!

This room once had access to the garage, and served as a laundry room. Now this sweet family was able to add ample storage and functionality to their new kitchen.

We are incredibly excited to begin sharing the final photos from our latest project with you this week!

For this project, we:
-Removed a wall to open up a newly remodeled kitchen
-Converted a laundry room into a walk-in butler’s pantry
-Converted a formal finish area into a mudroom with a garage entrance
-Had hardwood flooring installed
-Renovated the master bathroom, including adding heated floors and a separate second laundry area

Seth is a driven, focused, and detail-oriented member of Scott Builders. But he is also a husband, father, son, brother, friend, fisherman, and lover of Mexican food. He is thoughtful, good-humored, and intentional, and we are glad to have him on our team!

This master bathroom is coming along nicely! The new layout adds functionality for this busy family of five. And look at the fabulous new laundry area taking shape!

It’s hardwood flooring time!

Look at this gorgeous hickory! These wood floors will be sanded and finished to match existing flooring, and will do wonders to make this new space streamlined and cohesive.

A once dark and closed-off kitchen is now on its way to being open and bright.
