Thank you everyone that came out last night to our show at Tie & Timber Beer Co. !
It's always a joy to support a noble cause like Queen City Shout Festival , and the people that come out to support us make it an even better experience! We sure hope to be on that stage again another (warmer) day!
And, a silly picture we took as a band, because we're just those kinds of people
One day we'll do a decent photo shoot. Till then, you get these goobs!

We'll take the stage at Tie & Timber Beer Co., Saturday March 28th from 10-11PM!
I cant begin to express how thrilled I am to be playing that particular stage, for this particular event. Its an event that makes me proud to live in Springfield and SO happy that the thing I love doing the most can be a part of making a difference in our community.
Run by volunteers, every penny of your ticket goes directly to Springfield based poverty relief organizations like, Isabel's House, The Kitchen, and OACAC. When you come out to enjoy all that this art scene has to offer, you're doing your part to soften the harsh realities that so many endure in our city.
It's so easy, and so, so, so much fun!
See you there!

I play so much with the band now that, it's become novel to play by myself! I'm so thrilled to join a group of powerful female songwriters this Sunday at Lindbergs!
We play 6-8 in a round robin style set up, sharing our songs and the stories that brought them into being.

We're so excited to announce our slot for Queen City Shout ! We close out Saturday night, March 28th, at Tie and Timber!
10-11 pm
If you don't know what Queen City Shout is, allow me to share with you one of Springfields best events! You buy one ticket, where all the proceeds go to local, Springfield poverty relief organizations, and for one glorious week you can attend loads of concerts, local films, abd even slam poetry all across town.
We're thrilled to participate for our second year and to support a home grown organization that keeps the funds local and the impact direct
So excited about this show on Feb 26th! We'll open the night for one of my favorite local bands, Big Alive! They're all so talented, friendly, and exceptional members of our community.
We'll start the music at 8PM at MoonTown Sound . Doors open at 7!
We'll be performing for the benefit of Springfield Tenants Unite, a local organization dedicated to organizing and creating measurable results that ensure safe and truly affordable housing for tenants in Springfield.
Late last year they successfully launched a pilot program that ensures rental inspections before new tenants move into a structure. A common practice in other parts of the nation, it took real people, showing up to city council meetings, creating real legislation, and knocking on real doors of citizens, having real conversations.
And, to be clear. This organization is pro-landlords! It's in favor of the rental model!
What it IS firmly against is, slumlords, price gouging and illegal evictions that put individuals and families in danger.
If you want to learn more, or get involved, this is a great night to do it.

What a excellent way to ring in the new year!
A year of such growth for this band, and I couldn't be more proud of where we are. We only started playing my music because of a technicality. A brewery where we had a gig to play our cover set called and said they were in a dispute with the copyright agencies, that, because they weren't paying the 1000's of dollars a year, they couldn't even play the radio, let alone a band playing all those copyrighted songs!
So, we pivoted, and we haven't turned back since. All these songs that I spent years playing alone have come to life, reaching the kind of potential that I dreamed of. It thrills me to think where they'll go, how they'll sound over the years as we push them further and breathe more fire and life into them.
Thank you, my brother Tim, and our siblings in song, Zach and Dustin. We're really doing the thing!

Just wrapped up our last rehearsal before NYE at MoonTown Sound !
The grooves are grooving, the rock is rockin, and we're so excited to share these songs!
We'll also be adding a new song to the set list that I've played solo called Cerulean Sea. Its a powerful song that follows the story from the book, House In The Cerulean Sea. People were so moved by the song on ukulele that we were compelled to play it as a band.
Come on out if you're of the mind!
