Drop a 🙏🏽 if your soul felt this one. Before my daughter came into the world, I knew I had some DEEP work to do. There were patterns from lineage that I was committed to breaking as a father. The deep work has allowed me to open up my heart and become conscious of how I operate. I still have more work to do but it’s through the inner work that generational patterns are broken. By healing and integrating ourselves, we can prevent certain patterns from being passed down to our children. That’s what LEGACY is all about. It starts with you. . .
