A powder room remodel. We've really been slacking on posting pics!

This powder room went from its original 1988 condition, to modern day! We replaced everything...and I do mean EVERYTHING! 😉

New flooring, Shiplap wall, trim, toilet, vanity, mirror, light switches and outlet, hinges on the door, wall texture, and we painted the door our favorite door color...black! 😍

Ready for a recent dining room remodel we did!?! Here you go! This room was taken down to the studs (literally) in some places! We added wainscoting, fresh paint, new tile, new trim, and of course our own custom built dining room table! LOVE the way it turned out!

Here is a bathroom we just completed! After two years of four kids sharing one sink....think NIGHTMARE on school mornings 😉....this homeowner is thrilled to have two sinks and an updated bathroom for her children to enjoy! DL Designs For You replaced the entire vanity with a new one (painted and distressed it adding hardware...the lighter color really brightened up the bathroom too!), put shiplap on the walls and whitewashed it, added two lights above the new mirrors we installed, replaced the tub and tiled the shower walls, and painted the entire bathroom. We are so happy with the outcome....and better than that, the homeowner is ecstatic! 🤗 That's what we call a win-win! What can we do to make you love your home even more?!?

Another Kids Room Done!

These two sisters (ages 7 and 10) were ready for a big girl room. Don't you just love the colors!?!? Adorable new bedding, a better arrangement (they were done with bunk beds and wanted their beds separated, sisters! 😉) and the perfect decor to satisfy two very different personalities. 😊 The nightstand and light were painted to match the room perfectly as well. This was all done on a modest budget...but you would never know it just looking! We are great at stretching budgets to get the most accomplished for the money.

We showed you a big girl/pre-teen room last month we did....now here's a little girls room!

From what was once a guest room to an adorable 5 year old's room! Everything was transformed in this room. Trim and doors were painted. Hinges and k***s were replaced. A new and wider chair rail was installed. The walls were texturized and painted. The floor trim was replaced with wider trim and more updated trim. The light switches and outlets were changed as well as the ceiling light.
