We are Evan and Emily Wilkins, and we both grew up in Lincoln, Illinois. Evan started his concrete experience during high school, where he worked for his parent’s business, a local concrete contractor. Marine Corps and lived in California for several years. After getting out of the marines, Evan moved back here to Central Illinois and started a career in law enforcement (hence the name Five-O). When Evan moved back to Illinois he met Emily while she was finishing her Bachelor’s in Nursing. Fast-forward to 2021; we have decided to start our own concrete business. We are a small veteran-owned operation focusing on decorative concrete and curbing.
