There is a possibility that a permit was not obtained for these steps…..the best part is that the owners daughter lives in the upper room and these steps are the ONLY way to get in…..oh, and the light outside the door doesn’t work!!

107 degrees is definitely not what you want inside your house! Turns out the upper level had been renovated and insulation was never replaced. This device comes in handy!
