Wear something in support of your fur friends, be ready for a challenge, and to give to charity ♥️ This ride is intended to “wear you out” …. like for real. This ride will leave you feeling like a total baddy. 🔥 Let me help you find your limits - and we will pass them up together 💪
(Geared towards Intermediate to advanced riders)
Can’t make it to our event on the 13th? It’s ok !!! In studio donations accepted starting March 1rst and closes out following the ride on March 13th. 100% proceeds will be forwarded to WILD canine. Cash and checks made directly to Wild Canine accepted. No other forms of payment accepted

Back pain ? I got you YOU ! 🙌
From time to time, athletes can suffer from intermittent back pain / sciatica. Here’s some tips to help you while you are in the saddle !
First off …. Stretch, stretch, and stretch some more! It really is a cornerstone of therapy (along with accompanied care prescribed per your physician) 
When cycling, a forward lean causes a pelvic tilt that can contribute to sciatica. Therefore, I advise raising your handlebars up as high as they can go. This will unload some saddle pressure
Saddle height is also very important. Make sure that your saddle is not too high to where you are rocking back-and-forth when you ride. Or too low to where your hips drop down when you pedal - this creates overreaching . Both will aggravate your back
Body positioning also is important - sitting towards the front portion of the saddle causes a “hunched back” and forces you to hinge at the rib cage which is not good . Sitting towards the rear of the seat forces you to hinge your body at the hips – this helps keep your back in the right position.
Lastly , high torque, esp when seating , causes a “heel down” motion that aggravates the nerve
Proper bike set up with body mechanics can go a long way . Stretching and core strength are also important !
But, as always , consult with your doctor about your concerns to make sure it is safe for you to continue to ride. Consult with me to make sure your bike is set up properly !

February theme ride 💋 Wear red if you are lucky in love. Wear black if you feel lucky in OTHER aspects of life. 😆 This ride will alternate between songs you will LOVE with songs that might provoke a different emotion. 😝 Let’s saddle up 💪
2/3 - The roads surrounding Sulit are not clear and are not easily accessible. Therefore, classes are cancelled for tonight. Y’all better be ready for FRIDAY 😝

New playlist 🔥 tonight’s HIIT is lower body focus for B***Y GAINZZZZZ . YES please 🙌
It was exactly 1 year ago today that they lifted the COVID group exercise restriction. I still remember the EXACT way I felt. All of the work, accompanied by sweat and tears ( believe it or not, I DO have tear ducts that I utilize them from time to time!) and mixed with excitement had mounted to this moment. Was I going to sink, or was I going to swim ? I had put everything on the line. Financially and emotionally. With a penny in my pocket and a prayer in my heart to my BIG G …. Here. We. Go ! Puckered b***y and all !
My first class had three participants. Even then, my heart was set on fire. I was SO proud in that moment. No matter what happened from here, I took my first step. Classes continued to grow, the months started to pass, and I became comfortable leading our tribe.
And just like that, I blinked. Here we are . 1 year anniversary. How do you adequately thank all the people who helped you grow along the way without even knowing it? How do you show gratitude to the riders who continue to believe in you and stick with you through the thick and thin? How do you describe to others what it feels like being able to live out a purpose that makes you happy every day? How do you repay all those who lift my spirit and make me laugh EVERY SINGLE DAY ?
You don’t. Because you can’t. But you try anyways. You just keep showing up. Being the best that you can be for yourself and for others . Hopefully inspire someone else to live out their dream like I did mine. Hopefully give someone the self-confidence and self worth they’ve been working on achieving. Hopefully provide others with a sense of community to help them feel grounded Hopefully be a cheerleader and offer support to anyone who needs it. And lastly, hopefully to continue growing our tribe for continued success for the years ahead

For this ride, all you’ll need is a sense of humor. I’ll provide the rest - including props ! 👀 Wear some bright colors if you wish - but not necessary.
All fitness levels welcome. This ride is curated to be light and fun.
