Midwest Punk Fest returns with a new home at Meltdown Creative Works Midwest Punk Fest organizer Jeremy Plue is reviving the regional festival after a four-year hiatus. He's also the "chief creative juggernaut" at Meltdown Creative Works and saw an opportunity to bring the festival back in the burgeoning venue.

The band LAVA out of Detroit, MI could use some support. There was an incident last weekend where they were assaulted after a show leaving one of their members in need of surgery. They have had to drop all booked shows and regroup. Go buy some of their music or merch on Bandcamp if you can.
