I can be in a crawl space, on a roof, or in the middle of a packed day and I still make communication a priority.

Whenever I start working with a new client who previously had another real estate agent, I always ask:

“Why aren’t you using your old agent?”

9 times out of 10, the answer is some version of:

“They kinda sucked at communicating. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them.”

So, I’m going to prove a point.

From now until 5:00 PM today, if you call me and successfully leave a voicemail, I’ll send you $50.

Venmo. Cash App. Apple Pay. Zelle. Whatever works.

Just tell me in the voicemail how you want your $50.

Why only until 5? Normally I’d say 9 PM, but I’m headed to Florence tonight, and I’m not about to lose $50 because I hit a dead zone. 😂

I run a real estate brokerage and a construction company. I’m currently flipping four houses at the same time. I’ve got a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old.

And I still make time for my clients.

Being busy isn’t an excuse for making your clients feel like a burden.

If your agent is always “really busy right now” and can’t seem to make time for you, maybe it’s time to call someone who will.
