Therapist Highlight of the Month!
This month we are happy to introduce Dr. Debbie Cherry, Co-owner and Chief Psychologist here at Eaglecrest! Dr. Cherry is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and speaker who has been serving the Springfield area for nearly 30 years. She is passionate about helping strengthen marriages and empower individuals.
A fun fact about Dr. Cherry is that she loves to play Mahjong.
While Dr. Cherry is not currently accepting new clients, she is an important part of our team and someone you may see around the office. We are grateful for the wisdom, leadership, and care she brings to Eaglecrest each day!

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the love, strength, sacrifice, and care that mothers give so faithfully each day. 💐
We also recognize that this day can hold many emotions — joy, gratitude, grief, longing, or complicated relationships. Wherever you find yourself today, we hope you feel supported and cared for.
Wishing you peace, grace, and moments of rest this Mother’s Day. 🩷

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. Whether you’re navigating stress, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again—you don’t have to do it alone.
This month, we encourage you to check in with yourself and with those around you. A simple conversation can make a meaningful difference. And as always, we are here if you need us.

With the weather these last few days, these verses feel especially fitting right now:
Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
He made the storm be still,
and the waves of the sea were hushed.
Then they were glad that the waters were quiet,
and he brought them to their desired haven.
Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
Psalm 107:28-31
Whether it’s the weather outside or the stress we carry inside, storms have a way of shaking things up.
If you’re still feeling a little on edge after it all, you’re not alone. Take a few deep breaths, check in with yourself, and give your mind and body a chance to settle.
And as always, if you need a little extra support, we’re here for you.
POV: when your coworker is on maternity leave…
On National Administrative Assistant Day, we are extra grateful for our front office ladies (especially the one enjoying maternity leave💕)!
You guys keep everything running smoothly, and it’s not the same without you!
