This is one of the most satisfying projects to date. I couldn’t have done it without help from my friend Mark and the guys down at Creative Studio here in Springfield! We have the original radio and turn table working with the addition of new speakers and Bluetooth capabilities!

This table was in great need for a makeover and I was excited to try out the distressed farmhouse look. First I did a deep scrub, before hitting it with the sander. After I got down to the raw wood, I applied a dark walnut stain. Next, I painted the entire body white. Now for the fun part, I took out the sander and scuffed up the paint to reveal the wood grain and hand sanded in the crevices. I put a fresh coat of paint on the original handles because I just thought they were super cool before sealing it up with 3 coats of polyurethane.
This table would be perfect for a small coffee table, or large end table, featuring a HUGE compartment for storage.

Found this solid wood table sitting curb side down the street and I couldn’t help but drag it down to my garage to have some fun! I decided this table was screaming farmhouse at me so I decided to have some fun learning a new technique. What do y’all think!?

We had somebody reach out with a special request! They needed a round end table, with a drawer, that was tall enough to fit in their desired space. We worked together throughout the entire project and came up with this beauty!
