And the convenience of sending me a picture, saying “I want this on a shirt” and magically receiving the finished product without having to figure out how to make it yourself. 😂

I answer the messages.
I make the mockup.
I prepare the design.
I press the shirt.
I check the shirt.
I package the shirt.
I handle the order.

And somehow the part that gets questioned is my $25. 😭😂

Meanwhile, some of y’all will spend $9 on a drink you finish in 12 minutes and nobody needs to know about the ingredients, labor, rent, electricity, or profit margin. 💀

& I refuse to compete with Walmart, Amazon, Temu, or somebody selling shirts so cheap they’re basically donating their labor. 😂

I know what my products cost me.
I know how long they take.
I know what my time is worth.
And I’m not working for free just because somebody else decided they wanted to.

Custom work has VALUE.

Moving forward until further notice we are no longer offering 2 week turnaround for new orders. Production time is STILL 48-72 hrs to complete. We CONTROL this part as we do everything inhouse. We STILL are the fastest in terms of production time.

We need at least 2.5 weeks to a month moving forward for JUST shipping timeframe. Shipping companies are deliberately dragging things out. This part we CANNOT control as this is a courier’ side.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. Design Creation
• The jersey design is created using graphic design software
• Colors, logos, names, numbers, and patterns are digitally placed onto a template matching the jersey’s size and cut.
• The design is mirrored before printing to ensure correct alignment when transferred.

2. Printing the Design
• A sublimation printer with special sublimation inks prints the design onto sublimation transfer paper.
• The ink used is heat-activated, ensuring deep pe*******on into polyester fibers.

3. Sublimation Transfer Process
• The printed sublimation paper is placed onto white 100% polyester fabric.
• A heat press machine applies high temperature (375–400°F) and pressure for 30–60 seconds.
• The ink turns into a gas and bonds with the fabric at a molecular level, creating a vibrant, permanent print.

4. Cutting and Sewing
• The sublimated fabric panels are cut according to the jersey pattern.
• The pieces are stitched together using durable seams and reinforced stitching.

5. Quality Control & Finishing
• The jerseys are checked for color accuracy, stitching quality, and printing defects.
• Tags, labels, and final trims are added.
• The finished jerseys are packed and shipped to customers.

1. Mockup and Logo Submission
Estimated Time: 2–3 business days MAX
Clients provide initial design concepts or logos. Our design team will create a digital mockup for review.

2. Design Revisions and Final Approval
Based on feedback, we make necessary adjustments. Production begins only after final design approval is received.

3. Invoice Issuance and Order Confirmation
An invoice will be provided upon approval. The order is confirmed once payment is received. We do not begin production without deposits.

4. Manufacturing Phase
Estimated Time: 3-5 business days
Production time may vary depending on order size and complexity.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated Time: 2–3 business days
We ship using reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
