THANK YOU to everyone who came out Wednesday night for skills training with Coach Ade and the Upstart Athletics team.

The players worked on twitch muscle activation, controlling the ball with the sole of the foot, and most importantly, embracing mistakes as part of the process!

Skills training is crucial for player development—That’s why we’re excited to launch weekly skills training starting this April! Training will be on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Training is open to players born in 2021-2014.
