Sweet Pickled Peppers 🌶️

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
Rep pepper flakes, thyme, turmeric (literally any spices)
As many peppers as your mother-in-law gives you from her garden ❤️

The spiced cider margs did not disappoint!! The cider took the place fresh lime juice because of its zippiness. And all the flavors of fall made me want to sip this next to a bonfire.. damn rain!

🍁 Honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon rim

1 part tequila
2 parts cider
Juice from 1 clementine
Sq**rt of agave syrup or any sweetener

🍁 Shaken and poured over ice

Me and my lasagna soup… a love story 🍝

ok it’s rigatoni soup but that just sounds wrong.

Gloomy, dooomy, 70 degree day and I couldn’t be happier.

And if you too would like to make this it’s basically one pot pasta but add extra broth 😂. Ricotta on top and tons of basil is a must have.

PS: I would be fired by because I haven’t written a blog post in months 🥸
